Description of Copper Oleate
Copper Oleate is a chemical compound that consists of copper (Cu) and oleic acid, which is a type of fatty acid. It is an organometallic compound and is sometimes referred to as copper (II) oleate or cupric oleate. Copper oleate is usually a dark green or brownish solid at room temperature. It is sparingly soluble in water but more soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol and chloroform.
